Do I need to have CASCO/property insurance when arranging my lease?

Yes, a CASCO/property insurance policy needs to be in place for the entire term of the lease agreement.

Why have you sent me a CASCO insurance invoice considering that I want to pay for the CASCO insurance directly to the insurance company?

If you, as the lessee, fail to renew your CASCO/property insurance policy and duly provide us with copies of your registration certificate and policy, OTP Leasing will obtain a CASCO/property insurance policy and invoice you for the cost.

I have received an invoice for insurance and I am already paying for my own policy?

This may have happened in case you failed to provide us with your renewed CASCO/property insurance policy for OTP Leasing’s records.
