You as the lessee may request consent for the payment of a claim based on the repair bill or settlement or the insurance company may request it on behalf of the lessee at fax number 01/6666 792 or at:
prijavasteta@otpleasing.hr.
To receive consent for the payment of a claim based on the repair bill, the bill must be accompanied by a certificate of bill payment and the damage assessment report.
To receive consent for the payment of a claim based on a settlement, the leased asset must be returned to its original condition (repaired) and photographs of the leased asset and the damage assessment report need to be provided.
To be issued such consent, the lessee must have no outstanding debt.
