The workshop needs to request from OTP Leasing a vehicle repair order form at fax number 01/6666 792 or at:
prijavasteta@otpleasing.hr. After the order form is issued, the repair bills should be put in OTP Leasing’s name.
OTP Leasing will forward the repair bills to the insurance company and claim the amount of the bills. After the claim is paid, the bills will be paid to the workshop.
